Chris Christie, chairman of the Republican Governors Association, came down hard on Mary Burke, the Democratic gubernatorial candidate in Wisconsin, when a consultant she hired apparently plagiarized the job plan he was putting together for her, picking it up from other politicians. He didn’t see any comparison with Tom Foley.
