If you're scrambling for something "romantic" to do this weekend to help celebrate Valentine's Day, here's an event that can help bail you out ... er, show that special someone how much you care: "Jim Brickman: An Evening of Romance."

Brickman’s piano instrumentals always tug at the heartstrings, and his collaborations with artists like Olivia Newton-John, Martina McBride, Carly Simon and Donny Osmond have often made the charts. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Brickman presents “An Evening of Romance” at the Palace Theater in Waterbury on Saturday night, Feb. 12.
