Jam for Japan

The Fairfield Theater Company is holding a “Jam for Japan” evening on Monday, the 21st, to raise funds for those impacted by the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear-meltdown threats. Musicians include Betsy Benham, Bill Bickford, Beth Lovinelli, Warren McGuire, John Mulkerin, Steve Ferentzy, Carol Piro and many, many more. The evening will also “honor and support” the 30 exchange students of Kojo High School in Kenagawa, Japan, who are in Norwalk through the 23rd. Tickets are $25 for adults, $5 for students, with 100 percent of profits going to the Red Cross of Japan. Do your part—and have a great evening, too! Fairfield Theatre Company, 70 Sanford St., Fairfield, 203/259-1036 (box office), fairfieldtheatre.org.
