A Winning Chef at Stonecroft

 

To Connecticut from the U.K. by way of Petit St. Vincent describes the trajectory of the new chef at Ledyard’s Stonecroft Country Inn, Trevor Douglas. Douglas trained at Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts in England, worked at the Four Seasons in London, Brennan’s in New Orleans and most recently as executive chef at Petit St. Vincent Resort in the West Indies. His menus, featuring dishes made with fresh local ingredients and exciting specialties from around the world, change with the seasons—there’s always something new to try.
