An exhibition exploring the changing concept of the artist’s studio. Paintings representing the wide range of spaces in which turn-of-the-century artists worked; an overview of Hassam’s work in Cos Cob comparing his methods to his contemporaries; and a photo exhibition, Historic Artists’ Homes & Studios, on loan from Chesterwood, featuring photographs of the intimate living and work spaces of famous American artists. Open Wednesday through Sunday only. |
