The American Chamber Orchestra welcomes its tenth year under Music Director Christopher James Hisey with its Winter Concert on Saturday, February 23rd at the First Presbyterian Church in Fairfield at 8:00 PM. The Winter Concert is Part II of the Trilogy Tribute commemorating musical high points over the past ten years. The program features Mozart’s Overture to the Magic Flute, Grondahl’s trombone Concerto with soloist Brian Thacker, Glinka’s Ruslan and Ludmilla, and Mendelssohn’s Symphony #5- Reformation. |
