Will Dobson, politics & foreign affairs editor for Slate online magazine and the author of "The Dictator’s Learning Curve: Inside the Global Battle for Democracy", will speak at the World Affairs Forum on November 14 at UCONN/Stamford. The program will begin at 5:45 P.M., with networking and refreshments, followed by the presentation at 6:15 P.M.
