Bated Breath Theatre draws on classical and contemporary plays to produce unusual and experiential theater performances. They bring wonder to live theater, encouraging audiences of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy and collaborate in a rare experience. Journey with Bated Breath Theatre Company as they move through the LeWitt Family Staircase and landings of the Museum, exploring the complicated life and art of painter Toulouse-Lautrec. Bated Breath will pull you into Lautrec’s seductive Parisian world of Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge during the late 1800s, through the embodiment and exploration of the artist’s beautiful and the grotesque images.
