Baseball Equipment Drive

Do you have baseball equipment which could be used by kids who don’t have any of their own? Are there gloves, bats, balls, helmets, bases, catcher’s equipment, bases, uniforms, cleats, hats and socks piling up at your house? The Haddam-Killingworth Leo Club would love to get these items to kids in third world countries.
 
The Leos are holding a Collection Drive at Rocco Field on Route 81 in Killingworth on Saturday, April 27 from 9am until 3pm (rain date June 8). Items collected will go to Roberto’s Kids, an international nonprofit organization named after Roberto Clemente which collects and distributes new and gently worn baseball equipment to youth baseball organizations in Latin American countries.
