The public is invited to attend an Ambassadors’ Roundtable series breakfast presentation by Lawrence Husick on “Cyber Warfare” This event will take place at the Stamford Yacht Club on December 12, 2012.
Lawrence A. Husick, a Foreign Policy Research Institute Senior Fellow and co-director of its Center for the Study of Terrorism, applies his background in both law and technology to the study of terrorist tactics and counter-terrorism strategies, with a particular focus on technology leverage as a defining characteristic of the modern terrorist. He is presently working on a book about evolving cyberthreats. He also co-directs the Institute’s Wachman Center Program on Teaching Innovation.
The event will start at 7:15 A.M. with coffee and networking followed by a full breakfast buffet at 7:30. The presentation will begin at 8 A.M. and Mr. Husick will take questions.
