Develop a Superior Hiring Process: The Hidden Key to Profitability

Participants will learn the key components of effective hiring well above and beyond evaluating traditional knowledge, skills and abilities. Exposure to tools such as the behaviorally-based interview, ability tests, personality inventories and background checks will be explored along with when it is appropriate to use these tools.
