Join Andrew and Jamie in celebrating the divine within. Kirtan is an ancient tradition of call-and-response chanting, which uses the musical repetition of sacred sounds, known as mantras, to still the mind and awaken the spirit. Together we will explore the beauty of devotion -- to ourselves, to each other, to the divine. If you've tried quiet sitting meditation but found it difficult or uncomfortable, kirtan may be just the remedy for you! By repeating the mantras together in a communal setting we are able to achieve the same peace and clarity that all other mindfulness practices offer, but in a less structured, more joyous way.
