Meditation can be practiced by anyone from any background or religion. In this non-religious, technique-based class you will finally learn what meditation is and how you can practice it at home. This class is specifically designed to demystify this powerful tool that can help each of us deal with the stress and challenges of our lives, families, jobs, etc. $15/class for Members, $20/class for Nonmembers. Meditation class is taught seated in chairs, so no special dress code or fitness level is required.
