Appreciative Inquiry is an asset-based approach to planning and problem solving that starts with the belief that every organization and every person in an organization has positive aspects that can be built upon.  Strategies for leveraging different styles of communication and types of listening to draw on potential strengths for promoting change and growing winning teams will be examined.
