Barb has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. Classes are taught in the tradition of BKS Iyengar, whose style focuses on alignment, core strengthening, breath and heart centering. All levels are welcomed as modifications are provided for all body types and level of experience. Barb is dedicated to helping students gain flexibility, strength and a healthy body awareness. Barb trained at YOGAspirit Studios and at the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. She is fully insured and registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT) and the Kripalu Center (KYTA). She has studied with Rolf Gates, Judith Lasater and Patricia Walden. Barb is also a certified Reiki practitioner. www.bksyoga.com
