George's Night Cap
4 ounces Candy cane infused vodka
2 ounces Marie Brizzard White Creme de Cacao
White Chocolate Sauce
1 package of ribbon candy
In a glass jar, pour in 1 liter of Grey Goose Vodka and add 50 mini red & white candy canes.
Let sit for about 1 hour or until the candy canes have dissolved.
While Candy canes are dissolving make the white chocolate sauce. Take 2 cups heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup corn syrup and bring to a simmer. In a separate bowl add 18 ounces white chocolate (you can use chunks, chips or discs) and pour the liquid over the chocolate. Whisk until smooth. If you don't have time to make it you can substitute a good quality chocolate sauce from a local store.
Take a package of ribbon candy and crush into small chunks with a chef’s knife. (You could use a rolling pin or crush them with the bottom of a plate also.)
Take your martini glass (I use a 6 ounce glass) and roll the rim of the glass in the white chocolate sauce then roll the sauce covered rim into the crushed ribbon candy mixture. Set aside.
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add 4 ounces candy cane infused vodka and 2 ounces white chocolate liquor. Stir for about 15 seconds and strain into the martini glass.
