Winter 75

.75oz Belle de Brillet
.75oz Frangelico
Moet and Chandon Imperial
Candied Ginger
Caramel Simple syrup

Combine the Belle de Brillet, caramel syrup and Frangelico in a Boston shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a glass of Moet and Chandon Imperial champagne.  Garnish with candied ginger if desired.
