Miya's in New Haven recently won The 2016 WHITE HOUSE CHAMPION OF CHANGE FOR SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD award. Chef and owner, Bun Lai, is sharing a few dishes from this special dinner during New Haven's upcoming Restaurant Week.
Smoothies, juices, one-bowl meals, soups, snacks, sandwiches and salads make up the menu at Right Oath Organic Cafe. Fresh juices range from eye-opening shots of wheatgrass or ginger to a 14-ounce glass; they include mixes of celery, apple, parsley, beet and more.
