Going Back to Cali

Chef: Hotel California Tequila
Ingredients: • 1.5 oz Hotel California Reposado Tequila
• 2 oz RIPE Fresh Sour Mix
• 1 oz Dry Red Wine
• .5 oz Cassis
• 1/8th slice of fresh lime
Preparation - Directions: Build first 4 ingredients in a shaker.
Shake well with ice, and pour into an ice filled tall glass.
Using a bar spoon, float red wine on top. Garnish with red grapes.
