|Ingredients:||1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
6-8 fresh cilantro leaves
½ fresh lemon (cut into quarters)
2 tsp. sugar
|Preparation - Directions:||1. Place lemon, sugar and cilantro in the bottom of a mixing glass and wet with a splash of soda water.
2. Muddle the lemon and cilantro into the sugar soda mixture with a good muddler or back of a spoon.
3. Pour in Bombay Sapphire
4. Add ice, shake and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
5. Top with ginger ale.
6. Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and sprig of cilantro.
