Strawberry Lemonade |

| Ingredients: | 1 lemon, quartered 6 tsp. sugar 4 strawberries, hulled and quartered 4 oz. water 4 oz. sour mix 1 cup ice, plus more for serving 4 tsp. mango purée |
| Preparation - Directions: | In a large bar glass, combine the lemon, sugar, and 3 of the strawberries. Using a pestle, muddle them until strawberries become a purée. Add the water, sour mix, the ice and the mango purée. Cover and shake vigorously. Fill a bar glass with ice. Strain the lemonade into the glass. Garnish with the remaining strawberry and serve. |
