DR. MARK OESTREICHER graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and Stony Brook University with a B.S. in biology. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and did his internship at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He completed his residency in dermatology at UCLA Health Sciences Center, where he was among the first to use fillers, such as Juvéderm®, which have become increasingly popular. He is board-certified in both internal medicine and dermatology. He has written several articles and appeared often on cable TV and talk radio to discuss health and skin-care issues. Dr. Oestreicher gets many referrals from pediatricians to treat children with difficult skin problems. And as part of a group practice, he can provide the right laser for the precise treatment of brown spots, red spots and other flaws in adults. He also treats patients suffering hair loss, skin cancer and spider veins with injections and laser.
