 bility and hope for restoring today’s cultural climate in 2- and 3-D media
 .  The series title also alludes to the artist’s family name before it was
  Anglicized in the early 1900’s to better fit into American society.  Clos
 e examination reveals hints of lace designs in her artwork\, an emblem of
