 e series dinner presentation by Dr. Lori E. Murray on <em>U.S. National Se
 curity- A Post-Election Assessment of the Challenges Ahead</em>. This even
 t will take place at the Stamford Yacht Club on November 28\, 2012.</p>\n<
 p>\n	 </p>\n<p>\n	Dr. Murray will hold the Distinguished National Security
  Chair at the US Naval Academy starting in January 2013.  She is the forme
 r Special Advisor to the President and Director of ACDA on the Chemical We
 apons Convention\, and helped oversee the bipartisan approval of the Chemi
 cal Weapons Convention in 1997. She also served as Assistant Director for 
 Multilateral Affairs of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency durin
 g the Clinton Administration. She has worked as Director of Democracy Prog
 rams for Russia and the Newly Independent States at the International Repu
 blican Institute and as a Professional Associate at the National Academy o
 f Sciences on proliferation and arms control issues.</p>\n<p>\n	The cost f
 or the dinner and presentation is free for AR series members and $105 for 
 the general public. The event will start at 6:15 P.M. with a cash bar.  Di
 nner will begin at 7 P.M. and will be followed by the presentation.</p>\n<
