 itioner Jim Dina </strong>for an afternoon celebrating the gift of Maple S
 ugar.  Enjoy pancakes made by IAIS staff\, local maple syrup\, coffee & or
 ange juice (served from 11am-1pm) and learn how local Native Americans tra
 ditionally made maple syrup.  Jim will demonstrate the technique of collec
 ting sap and boiling it down into syrup as he discusses its importance to 
 Native American culture.  Children’s activities will run from   1-3pm. </p
