Starr Foundations\, will host a s pecial panel discussion \,“A Rising China: Challenges or Opportunities”. T he event will take place in the GenRe Auditorium at UCONN/Stamford. The pr ogram will begin at 7:00 P.M. and end at 9:00 P.M.
