 SAM) Program will be explained. SAM replaced Central Contractor Registrati
 on (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Enrollm
 ent in SAM is mandatory for federal contracting.</p>\n<p>\n	 </p>\n<p>\n	T
 his seminar will explore the various Federal and State set-aside programs 
 through a discussion about the qualifications and benefits for each of the
 se classifications or programs. The federal set-aside programs to be explo
 red include those for veteran owned businesses\, women owned businesses\, 
 HubZone Certification\, and 8-A Certification. We will also demonstrate th
