Novices and experienced practitioners of yoga can enjoy this enlivening and enlightening Kundalini yoga experience! Kundalini yoga employs breathing practices with postures, movement stretching and meditation in specific sequences and forms to bring maximum benefits and amazing benefits to all aspects of the Self. Utilize this amazing practice to support enhanced physical flexibility and tone, expanded energy, deep stress release, heightened awareness and transformational healing. Modifications to the practices are available to encouraged any level of student to work at their own pace as they learn and explore this extraordinary synthesis of yoga practices.
