Welcome to the 17th edition of Best of Connecticut, our annual compilation of all of what we think makes our state such a special place. This year we’ve narrowed our focus over years past, trying to concentrate more on categories that merit a debate while expanding our coverage over the entire state.

Description

Meditation at the Waterfall

Group Meditation led by Bob Vinci in a relaxed, comfortable, open and friendly setting. First-time meditators are welcome, as are those who are experienced. The simple technique we use is always happily explained. Each session lasts an hour, but newer meditators may practice at whatever duration is comfortable. People have joined us for stress reduction, self-healing, mind-sharpening, expanding consciousness and deepening spirituality, finding success with these and more!
