Pelham Art Center is pleased to present its highly popular Faculty and Student Showcase. This annual exhibition features both two and three dimensional work in a variety of mediums by the Art Center’s distinguished teachers and enthusiastic students. Exhibited work ranges from charcoal to oils, black and white photographs to digital prints, and mixed media to ceramics. The Faculty and Student Showcase provides a great opportunity to view and collect original work from emerging and established artists.

Since its founding in 1970, the Pelham Art Center faculty has grown as the Art Center has increased its course offerings to embrace new media while continuing to provide instruction in traditional techniques. From beginners to accomplished artists, students of all ages who want to explore their creative potential have flourished by working with Pelham Art Center’s teaching artists.  More than 1,300 students, from three to ninety-plus years old, attended over 100 visual art classes and workshops offered at the Art Center this past year. These classes are taught by more than thirty art educators, many of whom are participating in this exhibition alongside their students.  This free exhibition is on view from July 12 through August 9, 2013.
