This class is designed introduce and develop the powerful practices of Yoga and meditation to generate the possibilities of greater physical well-being and deep stress release to enhance your life in a profound way. Experiences functional movement, classical Yoga postures and increasingly creative Yoga vinyasa (meditative flows movement linked via breath). Breakthrough the plateaus in your Yoga practice as you stimulate deeper healing energies through attention to meditation in movement and Yoga posture. Create an increasing connection to joy through your Yoga amidst the challenges of living on and off the Yoga mat.
