The Simsbury Woman's Club's 44th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be held September 14 and 15, 2013, on Iron Horse Boulevard in downtown Simsbury. Over 100 juried artists and crafts persons will be participating in the event making this one of the largest and best attended arts and crafts shows in Northwestern Connecticut.

As the world’s largest running series, the Warrior Dash is a mud-crawling, fire-leaping, extreme 3.25 mile run. Warriors conquer 13 extreme obstacles and celebrate with music, beer, and warrior helmets. Waves of up to 500 participants every half an hour starting at 9:00 am.
