Dr. Daniel Fish is double board certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed an internship and five-year residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, followed by a Harvard Medical school fellowship in sports medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was an assistant team physician for the New England Patriots and the Boston Bruins and continued as a consultant to the Patriots, performing pre-season medical evaluations for over 20 years.

Dr. Fish was selected to serve as an examiner for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and administers oral examinations for candidates seeking board certification each year. He is also a consultant reviewer of The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and a principal reviewer of The American Journal of Sports Medicine. He is the former chief of orthopedic surgery at Danbury Hospital.

Dr. Robert Daher graduated from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. After an internship in general surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, he completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Northwell Long Island Jewish Health System. He continued his training with a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases, where he treated members of NYU’s NCAA sports teams. He has also worked with professional athletes, including the New York Rangers and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.

As a former competitor in Division I athletics, Dr. Daher has a first-hand understanding of the challenges of a high-caliber athlete. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and has a particular interest in innovative cartilage regeneration and preservation procedures, in addition to shoulder reconstruction and shoulder replacement. His research has led to presentations at both national and international conferences.
