DR. MARK FLETCHER specializes in sports medicine and performs hip, knee, shoulder, and total joint replacement surgery. He uses computer-navigated Mako robotic technology for assistance with surgical accuracy and faster recovery periods for patients. Dr. Fletcher earned his undergraduate degree from Colgate University, his medical degree from George Washington University, and completed his orthopedic residency and fellowship programs at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. While in practice in Oregon, he was the medical director for the elite Oregon track club and cared for numerous prominent and international caliber professional track and field athletes for eight years. He continues to serve as a consultant for collegiate level track and field athletes as well as providing orthopedic coverage for area high school teams.

DR. JOSHUA FRANK specializes in orthopedic surgery, orthopedic trauma surgery, arthroscopic surgery, and sports medicine. He provides comprehensive treatment for traumatic injuries and various conditions of the knee, elbow, and shoulder. He attended both college and medical school at the University of Pennsylvania. He did his residency in orthopedic surgery at New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases and trained in trauma at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. Frank completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the renowned Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedics Clinic in Los Angeles where he treated injured athletes and provided orthopedic care to professional sports teams. Dr. Frank has expertise in advanced arthroscopic techniques as well as open reconstructive surgeries of the shoulder, knee and elbow.

DR. MICHAEL LYNCH specializes in sports medicine, computer-assisted robotic knee replacements, custom knee replacements, and arthroscopic shoulder surgeries, including rotator cuff repairs. Dr. Lynch treats both children and adults. He graduated from Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School, and completed an internship in general surgery at New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston. He completed the Harvard University Combined Orthopedic Surgery Program and further trained in trauma as the Chief Resident at Mass General Hospital. He was also chief resident and fellow in pediatric orthopedics at Boston Children’s Hospital. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. As a golfer, Dr. Lynch enjoys using his passion for the game to help patients improve musculoskeletal function and athletic technique.”
