DR. WILLIAM FLYNN graduated from Princeton University and earned his degree from Cornell University Medical College. He did an internship in general surgery at Cornell University Medical Center. He completed his residency in orthopedics at The Hospital for Special Surgery. He is the only surgeon in the greater Waterbury area with fellowship training in joint replacement surgery. He trained in robotic surgery for knee replacement. He performs simple and complex reconstruction of the knee, hip and shoulder and gets referrals on the hardest, most intricate cases in the area.
DR. RICHARD MANZO graduated with honors from Princeton University. He received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He did his internship in surgery at Hartford Hospital and his orthopedic surgical residency at UConn. He completed a hand/upper extremity fellowship at Tufts-New England Medical Center/New England Baptist Hospital. He takes the time to discuss the best treatment options with his patients. He has an in-office procedure room, allowing him to perform many routine hand procedures in the office, sparing patients the time and expense of a trip to the operating room. He has a comprehensive upper-extremity practice including all aspects of hand, elbow and shoulder care including microsurgery, arthroscopy and joint replacement.
