We've gone straight to not just one, but two sources for the answer for our annual Best Restaurants feature: our Readers' Choice survey, with county-level and statewide winners in 40 categories; and our Experts' Picks, recommendations made by a hand-selected group of foodies around the state. We also take a look back at our food writers' favorite places they visited over the last year, and asked a group of industry pros which food trends they see as being big in 2020.
