About Nogacek, Kenneth
DR. KENNETH P. NOGACEK studied behavioral neuroscience at St. Vincent College before graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He then served in the U.S. Navy and was deployed to northern Iraq during the first Gulf War as part of a humanitarian effort to aid Kurdish refugees. After the war, he further trained in endodontics (root canals), oral surgery and TMJ disorders. He completed a two-year program at New York University College of Dentistry in placement and restoration of dental implants. He also taught implant dentistry at NYU.
Certified in oral sedation dentistry, he says, “Sedation dentistry has been one of the best aspects of my career. It allows us to help those patients who may have been traumatized in the past, and helps them feel more comfortable in the dental office.” He likes the team approach at Waterford Dental Health because patients can get the care they need quickly and without having to go to multiple offices.
